According to The Sun, European Union officials are working on stopping cow farts and other by-products (recall efforts to stop dog farts and cat farts).
The official EU declaration demands changes to animals’ diets, to capture gas emissions and recycle manure.
This is what I'd call "Taking the bull by the horns"...in more ways than one. :-)
