No Recall for Anti-Bush Vanity Plate
(PIERRE, SD) – The South Dakota Department of Revenue and Regulation, Division of Motor Vehicles has decided against recalling a Rapid City woman’s license plate encouraging the impeachment of President Bush.
“After reviewing case law on this issue, we have determined that the plate will not be recalled,” said Department Secretary Paul Kinsman.
The personalized license plate, which reads “MPEACHW”, was issued to Heather Morijah of Rapid City.
