Do you regret that the U.S. did not invade Libya in the late 1980s?
Do you regret that they haven't invaded North Korea now?
We didn't need to invade Libya; President Reagan's bombing raid with the FB-111's pretty much put Libya in it's place. And President Bush's invasion of Iraq has pretty much sealed the deal; Momar is being quite good, these says.
If we had carried out the bombing mission planned for North Korea in the early to mid 1990s, they wouldn't have continued the program they claimed to have stopped, and we wouldn't have had all the problems we've had out of them the past 10 years.
