Sherlock Justice Uncovers Abortionist's Failure to Report Abuse
Those Who Cover For Sex Offenders Exposed by a Real Sherlock Martin Ruddock is a Cleveland abortionist with sensitive ears.

AKRON, Ohio, Nov. 1 /Christian Wire Service/ -- Protesters played a 911 tape outside of his abortion facility showing he had a bleeding woman hauled away after he botched her abortion. Cleveland police arrested the protesters for violating the city's noise ordinance when they played the tape. The protesters sued the city and they needed help with their cause.

An investigative review of Ruddock's records reveals, among other things, he has failed to report any underage girls who have been brought to his Cleveland abortion facility as potential sexual abuse victims for the past several years. This may prove to be a violation of the state mandatory reporting law.

Who will dig in and find the facts to support cases and serve as evidence? A research firm with the apt name of Sherlock Justice. Sherlock Justice investigated the Ruddock case and found out the evidence he wasn't reporting potential sexual abuse victims.

Kevin Sherlock, the president of this firm, has done many such investigations over the years.

Sherlock has tracked down the evidence of events that suggests there has been a disregard of reporting laws by Planned Parenthood personnel on a massive scale. Some of the cases he has researched are in the court system at this time; more are pending.

In virtually all states, medical personnel must report potential or suspected child sexual abuse victims to the authorities. The large majority of underage girls who seek (or are dragged to) the services of abortionists or "family planners" fit the profile of sexual abuse victims, according to law enforcement officials and feminist groups alike.

Sherlock Justice also performed a nationwide survey of the Title X federal family planning program for the year 2001. Sherlock's research suggests Planned Parenthood personnel – besides treating scores of thousands of underage girls nationwide each year with apparent minimal mandatory reporting – gave much less professional time per patient and much less care to the poorest people than did county health departments, hospitals, and other legitimate health facilities ... despite collecting about as much money per patient.

Abortion and "family planning" research aren't Sherlock Justice's only specialties. However, Sherlock's and Sherlock Justice's most high-profile work has been on these issues.

Because of research projects Sherlock and his people did, Sherlock acquired the material to write Victims of Choice and The Scarlet Survey in 1996 and 1997. These books covered serial malpractice, fraud, wrongful death, drug violations, and sex offenses committed by abortion providers. These books disclosed about double the number of maternal victims of elective abortion the Centers for Disease Control staffers reported. These books were a factor in the revocation of some doctors' licenses for gross misconduct.

Planned Parenthood fights mandatory reporting and routinely violates the mandatory reporting law because it costs them money. Now there is a way for citizens concerned with the protection of children to respond effectively to Planned Parenthood.

"Today some judges and public officials – even some who favor abortion – are willing to protect young girls, the poor, and the taxpayers," Sherlock says. "Among the worst crimes anyone can commit, from the government's standpoint, is a money crime against the government like failing to pay taxes or fraud on a government money program."

"It will take the efforts and support of many people of good will to ensure this trend continues," Sherlock says. "We look forward to using our unique investigative skills to provide the results needed to address these violations and support the efforts of those who will prosecute violators of the laws in all states."
