Schwarzenegger
Told To Stand Up To Mexican President
WASHINGTON, DC - William Greene, President of the conservative online activist organization RightMarch.com, has announced that over 5,000 Americans sent messages to California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger through their website this week, telling him to stand up to Mexican President Vicente Fox during their meeting this week. "Fox is scheduled to attend a reception and dinner hosted by the Governor on Thursday," said William Greene, President of RightMarch.com. "Governor Schwarzenegger can use this opportunity to speak to President Fox about not interfering in our internal politics and policies, and that he needs to use his military to keep his citizens from illegally fleeing into our nation. The Governor can ask President Fox to repay Californians the $9 billion per year for the cost of illegal aliens due to Mexico's failed government." Schwarzenegger's office said his meeting with Fox would focus on shared economic goals such as increasing tourism and trade. California is Mexico's second-largest trading partner after Texas, with California exports to Mexico totaling $18 billion last year. RightMarch.com offered a direct link to contact the Governor's office. "In two days, 5,028 Americans have voiced their opinions directly to the Governor through our website," said Greene. "They've let him know what they think he ought to say to the President. The governor can stand up to Fox and become a hero to most Californians, and win re-election in a landslide. The Governor's introduction of Fox, and his toast to him at the State dinner, could be the tipping point of this election. Surely he'll do the right thing." RightMarch.com is a web-based, conservative organization, dedicated to giving hundreds of thousands of hardworking, patriotic Americans across the country a strong collective voice in the political process.
